No, I have not heard the whole album, but I did go to Juno and hear snippets. I couldn't get past the first 90 seconds -- I think it was the autotune that did it for me. Of all the bands whose out of tune vocals actually mattered the most, it was HL. The flat vocals MADE them unique, interesting. Now they just sound like every other piece of crap out there.

You should try listening again, it is a really excellent, idiosyncratic album and the vocal effects are limited to a few places.
