Heaven 17 and Synthetic Dance Music

Wow, that headline- they are closely related, but not today on this blog.

Heaven 17 - Their 2001 album (that's when it was recorded, not released until 2005) has sold more this week on Amazon as a cd than it did all last month. Ugh! I hate this, what is going on? How can I capitalize on it? Is it the fact that people seem to have True Blood fever? [See show's premeir episode where "Don't Fear the Reaper" was featured].

Onwards then.

Synthetic Dance Music was my attempt to put up one of those cheap compilations with tons of tracks. Unfortunetly I di dnot check off the right box and both Amazon and itunes charge as if it were a double album. OK, so I will do volume 2 and see how that works. Meanwhile I think the set was a good snap shot of the dance music we were doing in 2007 or so.
